Because warranty details vary by manufacturer and model, we encourage you to contact us here or the trailer’s manufacturer directly for specific information. We are happy to assist you in understanding the terms of any warranty before your purchase. Hunt Custom Cargo LLC Eagle Lake does not offer any direct warranties on the trailers it sells.

Titanium Cargo Trailers Warranty

Warranty Coverage:
Titanium Cargo Trailers warrants to the original owner that the trailer will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years, except as limited, from the date of first retail purchase, provided all conditions and exclusions are met.
Obligation:
Limited to repairing or replacing parts deemed defective by Titanium Cargo Trailers under normal use and service during the three-year period.
Specific Component Warranties:
- Electrical components
- Lights
- Mechanical Jacks
- Fiberglass
- Doors
- Sealants
- Seals
- Locks
- Couplers
- Paint (except on open units)
…are warranted for three years from the date of first retail purchase, subject to limitations contained in this limited warranty.
Exclusions:
Items warranted by their own manufacturers are excluded, such as:
- Axles
- Tires
- Air Conditioners
- Etc
Warranty Claim Process:
- Contact Titanium Cargo Trailers: All warranty requests must be presented to them.
- Approval Required: Proper arrangements must be made and approved by the factory prior to any work being done.
- Repairs at Factory: All warranty repairs must be made at the factory, unless prior written approval is obtained.
- Field Repairs: In certain cases, the factory may elect to have warranty work performed in the field by a qualified shop.
Limitations of Coverage:
- Unauthorized Repairs: Titanium Cargo Trailers will not be obligated to pay for repairs made without specific written approval in advance, or repairs made in any manner other than approved.
- Excessive Charges: Labor charges in excess of those deemed reasonable by Titanium Cargo Trailers, or parts bills in excess of their cost if supplied by Titanium Cargo Trailers, are not covered.
- Limited to Titanium’s Costs: Labor and parts charges are limited to the amount charged by Titanium Cargo Trailers for such labor and/or parts.
- Excluded Expenses: Titanium Cargo Trailers will not pay for other charges or expenses including:
- Overtime labor
- Service calls
- Towing charges
- Transportation costs
…such charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Disclaimer of Other Warranties:
Any expressed or implied warranty not provided, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded and disclaimed. If they cannot be disclaimed, any implied warranties are limited to a term of three years.
Limitation of Damages:
Under no circumstance shall Titanium Cargo Trailers be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages.
Specific State Rights:
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Remedy Limitation:
This limited warranty is limited to repair or replacement. If such warranty fails because attempts at repair are not completed within a reasonable time, or it fails for any other reason, any damages are limited to the lesser of either the cost of needed repairs or reduction in the market value price caused by lack of repairs.
Unauthorized Warranties:
Titanium Cargo Trailers neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to give any other warranty or to assume on its behalf any other obligation or liability.
Unauthorized Changes:
Any second party changes done to this trailer, that were not done at Titanium Cargo trailers, causes immediate void of warranty, and they are not held accountable for repairs of such trailer.
Non-Transferable Warranty:
This warranty is non-transferable from the original end user.
Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer’s responsibility to check lug nuts. Lug nuts should be checked every 50 miles for the first 1,000 miles.

5-Year Limited Warranty
Giddy Up USA Mfg., LLC warrants to the original consumer purchaser for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase that the structure of the trailer shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship attributable to warrantor.
Specific Component Warranty (1 Year):
Excluded from this warranty are electrical, plumbing, windows, doors, sheet metal, roof, sealant, paint, undercoating, and fiberglass parts, which are warranted for defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Limitations and Exclusions:
- Non-Transferable: Warranty does not transfer to subsequent owners.
- Prior Approval: All warranty requests must be presented to Giddy Up USA Mfg., LLC, and proper arrangements must be made and approved in writing by warrantor prior to any work being done.
- Structural Alterations: Any alterations to the trailer structure will void the warranty.
- Added Components: E-Track, D-Rings, or any other weight-supporting devices added by anyone other than Giddy Up USA Mfg., LLC will void the warranty.
- Component Warranties: Tires are warranted by the tire manufacturer, axles are warranted by the axle manufacturer, and any other component parts are warranted by their respective manufacturer. Giddy Up USA Mfg., LLC bears no responsibility for outside manufactured component parts.
Specific Exclusions from Warranty:
- Screwless Exteriors: Are not included as a warranty item.
- Surface Damage: Warrantor is not responsible for claims in relation to defacing, scratches, dents, chips, or tears on any surface not caused by warrantor.
- Routine Maintenance
- Damage from Misuse: Damage from unauthorized repairs, abuse, misuse, or neglect.
- Improper Hitching: Damage caused by improper hitch ball or tow hook-up.
- Separate Warranties: Component parts covered by separate supplier warranties.
Warrantor’s Obligations:
- Remedy Defects: Warrantor shall elect to remedy defects in materials and workmanship caused by warrantor through repair, replacement, or refund (only if replacement or repair is not possible).
- Product Delivery: All defective products shall be delivered to warrantor’s address (above) unless prior written approval is obtained from warrantor.2
- Repair Location: Warrantor may select another qualified location for the repair to be completed.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Warrantor will not be obligated, in any way, to pay for repairs made without its specific approval.
- Shipping Costs: All costs incurred in shipping or delivery of products for warranty service shall be borne by the purchaser.
- Reasonable Timeframe: Warrantor shall remedy defects within a reasonable time, not to exceed (60) days after delivery by purchaser.
Purchaser’s Obligations:
- Warranty Registration: Purchaser must complete and return warranty registration within fifteen (15) days of purchase to obtain warranty service.
- Notification of Defects: Purchaser must notify warrantor of any defects within fifteen (15) days after it is or should have been discovered.
- Costs: Purchaser must pay all service, towing, and transportation charges incurred to obtain warranty service.
Disclaimer of Consequential and Incidental Damages:
The original purchaser, any person to whom the product is transferred, and any person who is an intended user or beneficiary of the product shall not be entitled to recover from warrantor any consequential or incidental damages resulting from any product defects, including loss of trailer, revenue, or other commercial loss, use of equipment rental or loss of time and convenience.
Limitation and Disclaimer of Implied Warranty:
Warrantor expressly limits the duration of all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular6 purpose, and other implied warranties to the warranty period of 5 years. The warrantor expressly disclaims all the implied warranties after the expiration of the warranty date. No person has the authority to enlarge, amend, or modify this warranty.
Design Change:
Warrantor reserves the right to change the design of its product from time to time without notice or obligation to make corresponding changes to previously manufactured products.
Legal Recourse:
This warranty gives you specific rights. No action to enforce this warranty shall be commenced later than six (6) months after the discovery of any defect or after the expiration date of the warranty period.
Important Safety & Maintenance Concerns:
- Side Door: Must be locked during transport.
- Roof Vent: Should remain closed during transport.
- Lug Nuts: Check lug nuts frequently to make sure they remain tight.
- Axles: Should be greased every 3000 miles.
- Roof: Do not walk on the roof; it is not meant to support your weight.
- Lights: Check all trailer lights before towing. Interior lights will not operate unless the tow vehicle’s running lights are on.
- Break-Away System Battery: Battery for break-away system needs to be checked annually and replaced every 3-5 years as needed.
- Towing: Be sure the trailer is securely attached to your tow vehicle with the correct ball size and safety chains are secured.
- Brake Controller: A brake controller must be installed in tow vehicles for trailer brakes to work in conjunction with tow vehicle brakes.
- Do Not Overload: Do not overload the trailer beyond maximum axle capacity.
Coast 2 Coast Cargo Trailers Warranty

Coast 2 Coast Warranty
Coast 2 Coast (Manufacturer) warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the trailer produced by the manufacturer (the product) will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one or three, depending upon the trailer model and component, except as herein limited, from the date of the first retail purchase, provided all stated conditions and exclusions are satisfied. This warranty is limited to the first retail purchaser, and it is not transferrable or applicable to rental trailers.
Three Year Warranty is limited to the overall frame structure and associated from components on all product models. These include materials, crossmembers, vertical posts roof bows, tongue, A-frame, door frame, coupler, headers and welds.
One Year Warranty is limited to windows, doors, aluminum, plastics or TPO products, plumbing, cabinets, trim, electrical, stone guard, floor coverings, sealants, improper application of paint or undercoat, and lights. Aftermarket products installed or applied by manufacturer are excluded from this warranty but may be warranted by applicable supplier.
ACTION REQUIRED IN THE EVENT OF A DEFECT
For warranty coverage, you must immediately contact the dealer from which your unit was purchased to make a warranty claim. The dealer that sold you the trailer will initiate the claims process in order to obtain approval for warranty work. Some parts or accessories may need to be replaced by third party suppliers, and in some cases the defective part may need to be returned for reimbursement or inspection. Prior to warranty repairs, dealer must verify unit number, purchase date, and original ownership. The dealer must obtain an authorization number from the manufacturer prior to repair of the trailer. You must pay all incidental expenses incurred in obtaining warranty service, including, without limitation, transportation of the product and delivery charges to and from the dealer or manufacturer.
If the product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, all repairs must be performed by the manufacturer or an authorized repair center. All warranty work performed must be pre-approved by manufacturer, or manufacturer reserves the right to deny coverage. Manufacturer is not responsible for costs relating to transportation of the affected product or responsible for damages to good stored inside of the product. Manufacturer’s obligations under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing any part or parts which, in the opinion of the manufacturer, shall prove defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and service during the applicable three- or one-year period commencing with the date of the first retail purchase and no other remedy is available.
ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM WARRANTY
- Defects in separately manufactured products not produced by manufacturer such as, but not limited to, hydraulic hoists, air conditioning units, cargo holding devices, axles, brakes and lights, ramp door springs, electric winches, tires and wheels, and all other components not manufactured by manufacturer.
- Damage or deterioration due to normal wear and tear, salt, road grime, application of or exposure to corrosive chemicals or other corrosive materials (including without limitation magnesium chloride or calcium chloride) or arising from an accident or use of the product. Manufacturer reserves the right to test individual parts for magnesium and calcium chloride exposure. These materials are extremely corrosive to all metals and damages arising from exposure to them is not covered by this warranty.
- Defects arising from operators’ negligence misuse, abuse, loading the unit beyond its gross weight limitations, improper loading, accidents, acts of God, roof damage from excessive snow/ice buildup or other contingencies beyond the control of manufacturer.
- Repairs made necessary by reason of failure to follow ordinary and customary maintenance procedures, including procedures recommended by manufacturer or component manufacturers.
- Repairs made necessary by reason of repairs or alterations or installation of a aftermarket accessories not performed by manufacturer.
- Damage as a result of towing your trailer with a truck rating greater than 1 ton unless said unit has a GVWR greater than 10,000# and is designed to be towed by a vehicle up to 5 tons. Towing your trailer behind a semi or dump truck or other inappropriate vehicle voids this warranty.
- “Screwless” or “Bonded” trailers that have panels come loose from the sidewalls are not covered under warranty. The remedy for this situation is to have the seams screwed. The manufacturer will send screws directly to the customer to repair themselves. No labor will be paid. The manufacturer will also send screws to a dealer to install where normal warranty rates apply.
- “Blackout Package” – chips, scratches, or damage that remove the black coating from the aluminum may occur during normal use. Lose of coating on moving parts, i.e., bar locks, hasps, hinges may also occur through normal use.

Hook & Line Cargo LLC (Manufacturer) warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the trailer produced by the manufacturer
(the product) will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of One or Three years, depending upon the trailer
model and component, except as herein limited, from the date of first retail purchase, provided all stated conditions and exclusions are
satisfied. This warranty is limited to the first retail purchaser and is not transferrable or applicable to rental trailers.
One Year Warranty:
Limited to all other components such as electrical, doors, exterior sheeting, interior covering, roof, cabinets, plumbing, trim, stone
guard, and sealants. Aftermarket products installed or applied for by the manufacturer are excluded from this warranty but may be
warranted by the applicable supplier.
Three Year Warranty:
Limited to the overall frame structure and associated frame components on all product models. These include main rails,
crossmembers, vertical posts, roof bows, wall post, tongue, coupler, door frame, headers, ramp, and welds.
Action Required in The Event of a Defect:
For warranty coverage, you must immediately contact the manufacturer via phone or email (912-493-9148,
warranty.hookandline@gmail.com). The manufacturer will initiate the claim process to obtain approval for warranty work. The
original consumer purchaser will be required to provide detailed information regarding the original purchase such as the complete
vehicle identification number, date of purchase, and dealer information. Some parts or accessories may need to be replaced by third
party suppliers, and in some cases the defective part may need to be returned for reimbursement or inspection. The dealer must obtain
authorization from the manufacturer prior to repair of the trailer. In some cases, the manufacturer and dealer may come to an
agreement for repair work to be completed by the dealer, work may then be done at the dealer based on the agreement only. The
original consumer purchaser must pay all incidental expenses incurred in obtaining warranty service, including, without limitation,
transportation of the product and delivery charges to and from the manufacturer for any repair work having to be completed to the
trailer.
If the product is found to be defective in material or workmanship, all repairs must be performed by the manufacturer or an authorized
repair center upon approval by the manufacturer. All warranty work performed must be preapproved by the manufacturer, or the
manufacturer reserves the right to deny coverage. The manufacturer is not responsible for costs relating to transportation of the
affected product or any damage to goods stored inside of the product. Manufacturer’s obligations under this warranty shall be limited
to repairing or replacing any part(s) which, in the opinion of the manufacturer, shall prove defective in material or workmanship under
normal use and service during the applicable one- or three-year period commending with the date of the first retail purchase and no
other remedy is available.
Items Excluded from Warranty:

DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
Any express or implied warranty not provided herein, including without limitation, any warranties or merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose, and any remedy for breach of contract, which but for this provision might arise by implication or operation of law,
are hereby excluded, and disclaimed. If they cannot be disclaimed, any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any
particular purpose are expressly limited to the applicable one- or three-year term depending upon the trailer model and component.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so the preceding limitation may not apply to you.
Under no circumstances shall the manufacturer be liable to the purchaser or any other person for any special, incidental, or
consequential damages, whether arising out of breach of warranty, breach of contract, tort, or otherwise. Such damages include, but
are not limited to, transportation to and from the dealer or manufacturer for warranty service, loss of time, loss of use, loss of
revenues/salaries/commissions, lodging, towing charges, bus fares, car rentals, gasoline expenses, telephone charges, inconvenience,
and the cost of repairing or replacing other property which is damaged because of a defect in the product. The manufacturer is not
responsible for any downtime, lost profits, punitive, indirect, or direct damages arising from the time associated with paint or other
repairs. The manufacturer warranty will be null, and void should repair(s) be completed outside of the manufacturer and additional
issues arise from those repairs (said repair company will then become responsible). Some states do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the preceding may not apply to you.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, this limited warranty is limited to repair or replacement and if such warranty fails
because attempts at the repair are not completed within a reasonable time (based on ability to repair or replace damage and availability
of materials), or it fails for any other reason, any damages are limited to the lesser of either the cost of needed repairs or reduction of
the market value of the trailer caused by the lack of repairs, in any case.
If the manufacturer travels to provide repair work to the trailer or the trailer is brought in to have repair work done and the damage(s)
or other defect in material or workmanship is deemed not a warranty issue, then the customer will be billed for the associated cost(s).
Customers can and will be billed for mileage, labor, and material.
No dealer, distributor, agent, representative of the manufacturer, or other person is authorized to make any representation or promise of
warranty concerning the manufacturer’s products on behalf of the manufacturer except to refer the purchaser of this limited warranty.
Legal Remedies of Purchaser
This warranty provides no specific legal rights. You may have additional rights not included in this warranty which vary from state to
state. No action to enforce this warranty shall begin more than six months after a defect is discovered and shall not commence after
expiration of the stated warranty period.
The attached form must be completed by the original retail purchaser and submitted to the manufacturer with a copy of the bill of sale
or proof of purchase from your retail dealer within 30 days of purchase that includes your name, address, date of purchase and full
VIN. If the requested information is not received then the warranty shall be deemed null and void, releasing the manufacturer of all
responsibility.
